SEP-FEP 2007
SEP-FEP 2007 was held at the University of Sussex, 8th-9th September.
The Plenary Speakers were:
- Frederick Neuhouser, Barnard College, University of Columbia

- Cristina Lafont, Northwestern University
“Religion and Democratic Deliberation in the Public Sphere”
- Alexander Garcia Düttmann, Goldsmiths
“A Matter of Life and Death: Spinoza or Derrida?”
- Rüdiger Bittner, University of Bielefeld
“A horse in the basement. Nietzschean Reflections on Political Theory.”
There were eight themed panels with several participants:
1. Reason Beyond Reason: Conceptions of Critique in Post Kantian Philosophy
2. Deleuze Reading Husserl
3. Ontology and Politics
4. Normativity and Critical Theory
5. At the Limits of Art and Judgment
6. Phenomenology and Place
7. Philosophy and Translation
8. Politics Genealogy and Critique
There also were 26 further open parallel sessions. Overall 120 people attended, over the three days.
